Storage Tips
- If you
intend to store boxes or fabric on the floor of your storage
unit, we suggest you place them on plastic tarps or pallets
to avoid condensation damage from the concrete floor.
- Divide
heavy items into smaller boxes to avoid injury.
- Store
couches on end to save space.
- Cover
all fabric items.
- Cushion
fragile items and leave near the top.
- Label
boxes and keep a directory list.
- Leave
a space down the middle of your unit for access.
- Place
valuable items in the back of the unit out of sight.
- Insurance
is your responsibility. We do have information on available
insurance.
- Fill
boxes to capacity to avoid toppling or collapsing. We have
boxes for sale.
- Boxes
should be uniform for stack ability.
- Keep
frequently used items in the front of the unit.
- We
have tape, tape dispensers, magnetic tap lights, markers,
plastic tarps and locks for sale.
- We
have pallets for rent.
