Thank you for your interest in Horizon Plaza as a place for you or someone you love to make a new home.

Horizon Plaza is a Senior Citizen Complex designed for those who are capable of living in compliance with our lease requirements. You must be 62 years of age or more, or handicapped or disabled in order to qualify. You must be of a personality that will lend itself to the environment that we attempt to create.

The maximum income for one person cannot exceed $23,000 and not more than $26,300 annually for a couple. The rent is 30% of income what ever that may be. All utilities are paid except telephone and cable TV.
