Flint Hills Beef Fest

This festival honors the cattle industry in the Emporia area. There are contests, cattle judging, a ranch rodeo, steak dinner, dance, and live entertainment, 343-4741.
Mexican-American Fiesta

Flint Hills Balloon Fly-In
